Over time we all develop our own ways of running our portfolio's. No matter how effective and efficient we believe we are, with experience an objective outsider can often see many ways in which we can increase the value of our your current client portfolio. More importantly, we can often get good advice on how to decrease costs and increase profits. We provide a service whereby we review your current processes and procedures, give you written recommendations for change, and where necessary, help you implement them. This is based on our practical day to day experience of running financial services over many years.

A fire portfolio is similar to a property, in that if you were thinking of selling it in the near term, you would benefit significantly from ensuring that it is well presented, legally sound and displays both a solid foundation and some exciting potential. We can help you ensure you manage your portfolio of clients well, whilst you own it.

How do I go about this?

Firstly contact us to make an appointment. We will then visit with you to get a snapshot view of your current client portfolio activities, systems and processes.

Upon appointment, we will provide you with a written report - summarising your current processes and making recommendations for those changes that will enhance the value of your current client portfolio in the eyes of a potential purchaser. It may be that some of those recommendations will require further work by Mike Moore Marketing, but you will not need to make that decision without a full review of what is involved, including any costs. You may prefer to simply use the review as a benchmarking document and make the changes internally yourself.
